AZKO Maintains Best Customer Service Award for the 15th Year!

One of the most prestigious customer service awards in Indonesia.

Approaching National Customer Day 2025, AZKO once again earned the Service Quality Award in the Hardware & Home Decoration Store (Offline Purchase Experience) category, marking the 15th consecutive year the company has received this recognition. The award was received by Rinekso Widyanto, AZKO Sales Operations Director, on 26 August 2025 in Plataran, Jakarta.

The Service Quality Award is one of the most prestigious recognitions in customer service in Indonesia. Organized by Marketing magazine and CARRE (Customer Experience Expert), this award is given to brands with customer satisfaction index above the industry average, based on the national Service Quality Index (SQI) survey results.

This achievement proves AZKO’s consistency and commitment to delivering the best shopping experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, while maintaining high service standards amid market dynamics.
