PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (together with other companies which are subsidiaries and/or affiliates of PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera, part of Kawan Lama Group, hereinafter will be called “Us” in this Policy) appreciate the trust which the Visitor gives by guarding and protecting the data from the Visitor of website https://ahi.id (hereinafter will be called "Website"). This Privacy Policy was composed as part of Our commitment to appreciate and protect your every data or information as the Website Visitor, including personal data that We might collect from you or third party.

By visiting the Website, the Visitor has understood the terms of this Privacy Policy carefully and the Visitor gives Us consent to collect, process, keep, and/or use the data or information regarding this Privacy Policy.

We use cookies on the Website. Cookie allows Us to collect certain data and information when the Visitor is browsing the Website, to help Us enhance services, and give ease to the Visitor in using Our Website. The cookie policy applied to this Website is available in Section 7 of this Privacy Policy. 

  1. The Purpose of the Visitor's Data Collection and Processing 

We will process data about how the Visitor accesses the Website (“Use Data”) including but not limited to geographic location, browser type and version, operating system, visit duration, pages and services/features accessed, frequency of use and features/services often used by the Visitor, through analytics tracking system. The processing of Use Data aims to make Us able to fix and enhance Website function quality and develop the most relevant Website contents to the Visitor, so it can enhance the Visitor's convenience and interest to do activities in the Website.

Besides the Use Data, We might collect and process data or information which identifies or can be used to identify the Website Visitor (“Personal Data”), either from You or a third party.

We are committed to keep the security and secrecy of the Visitor's data which are under Our control, and guarantee that there is no disclosure, transfer, dissemination and/or data borrowing to third parties. 

By keeping the security and secrecy of the Visitor's data, data disclosure might happen in cases such as: 

(a) Disclosure to partner or third party which supports Us in providing information and features in the Website and process all kinds of the Visitor's activities; 

(b) Disclosure to partner or third party which is in cooperation with Us in Website development, enhancement and maintenance; 

(c) Disclosure to law enforcement officers and regulators who have jurisdiction over Us in the efforts of complying with legal obligations based on applicable laws and regulations and/or as response to legal request from law enforcement officers or authorized state administrative agency; 

(d) Disclosure of data to companies part of Kawan Lama Group which help Us in operating the Website, doing data processing for and on Our behalf, and the needs of corporate actions including financing, restructuring, company asset selling, merger, takeover - either by or of other company, liquidation, and bankruptcy; where the Visitor's data is one of assets which must be disclosed, and the corporate action involves Us or companies part of Kawan Lama Group; and 

(e) Disclosure for certain purposes which We have informed to the Visitor, and We have had the Visitor's consent over the disclosure purpose.

  1. Keeping and Deletion of the Visitor's Data 

4.1 We will keep the data as long as We need it for the purpose of processing as referred to Section 2 above, and will do deletion regarding applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 We will protect every Visitor's Personal Data kept in their system from illegal access, use, take, modification, and/or disclosure, through the application of a series of security procedures and technical controls.

4.3 We can still keep various of the Visitor's data to:

(a) avoid fraud and manage risks that occur including by identifying illegal hackers and other users; 

(b) uphold Our Website Terms & Conditions under Our management;

(c) comply with applicable conditions and legal process; and/or

(d) fulfill the requests from the government authority, ministry or other institutions who have jurisdiction over Us for supervision purposes.

Because the keeping purpose of various data might depend on the situation faced, the purpose may not be described above. In this case, We will inform the Visitor about other purposes like that, unless data keeping without the Visitor's consent is allowed by applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Matters that Need to Be Noticed by the Visitor 

5.1 Even though We have made the best efforts to protect and secure data (including Personal Data which We might collect), We do not guarantee the risks of data leaks will disappear entirely. We will continue to use the best efforts to ensure that data access limitations and the best security settings are applied to the system which We Manage. 

5.2 We could include link to the website owned or operated by a third party to give convenience to the Visitor in using Website services. The third party website is not under Our control, but subject to their own terms and conditions of using and privacy policy which are separate from this Privacy Policy. That is why, We are not responsible for any contents, security or links in the third party website. In this case, the Visitor agrees that the access to and/or the use of a third party website is subject to terms and conditions of the website applied by the third party, and is the Visitor's own risk.

5.3 Data sending through a Website via the internet from the browser installed on the Visitor's device involves many parties such as the internet service provider or network manager used by the Visitor when using public wifi. In this case, the mentioned parties are not under Our control or authority. That is why, all data leak risks which happen outside of Our system perimeter are not Our responsibility.

5.4 The Visitor's data might be transferred, kept or processed abroad by the party that works for Us in other countries, or by third party service providers, Our vendors, suppliers, partners, or affiliates. In this case, We will make sure that the data is still protected, aligned with Our commitment in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Privacy Policy Renewal 

We can do Privacy Policy renewal from time to time and publish it in the Privacy Policy section in Our Website without asking for prior consent from the Visitor, where the applicable data will be mentioned at the end of this Privacy Policy. For that, We suggest that the Visitor carefully reads and checks this Privacy Policy regularly to know every renewal and the latest Privacy Policy that We have.

By keeping browsing and using the Website services after the enactment of the renewal, the Visitor is deemed to agree to the renewals in the Privacy Policy.

7.1 Cookie is data sent from a website and kept in the Visitor's computer or electronic equipment by the Visitor's web browser when the Visitor is browsing the Website that records data about, including but not limited to, the Visitor's computer or electronic equipment; web browser information; when the Visitor was browsing the Website; and activities that the Visitor did while browsing the Website. 

7.2 We use Cookie for the purposes We really need to help Us enhance Our services to the Visitor and give ease to the Visitor in using the Website.
