AZKO Marks the Close of 2025 with Strong Expansion and Achievements

AZKO Marks the Close of 2025 with Strong Expansion and Achievements

As December comes to an end, AZKO has continued to accelerate its store expansion to make household and lifestyle products more accessible to Indonesian families. By the end of 2025, AZKO operates 267 stores across 90 cities nationwide.

AZKO’s expansion in this month began on the first day of December with the opening of a store at Grand Indonesia, one of Jakarta’s most iconic shopping malls and lifestyle destinations. On December 10, AZKO expanded to Harapan Raya, Pekanbaru, followed by the opening at Citimall Tuban on December 18. The following day, AZKO Tajur in Bogor began operations. Towards the end of the month, AZKO further intensified its expansion by opening two stores simultaneously on December 23, in Rangkasbitung and Cibubur Square, before closing the year with the concurrent opening of AZKO Lembang and Batulicin, South Kalimantan, on December 29.

AZKO’s strong performance throughout the year earned the Company three prestigious awards in December, in addition to the accolades it received earlier in the year. AZKO was recognized with the Brand Populer Indonesia 2025 Award at the Disway Awards, the Transformative Retail Excellence Award at the CNBC Indonesia Awards 2025, and, for the fourth time, received the Indonesia’s Best Managed Companies 2025 award from Deloitte Indonesia.

Sustainability remains a key focus for AZKO, reflected in the BISA BAIK dengan AZKO (together solving electronic waste) program, which provides e-waste drop boxes at AZKO stores to help the public dispose of electronic waste responsibly. Since rebranding as AZKO, the program has continued to expand. It is available at 24 AZKO stores across 18 major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, Bogor, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Palembang, Bali, Batam, Manado, and Banjarmasin. On December 15, the initiative was extended through a collaboration with Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), with AZKO placing an e-waste drop box at the GIK (Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas) area, located along the Co-Learning Zone D corridor. This addition brings the total number of drop box locations to 25, aiming to raise awareness among university students about responsible electronic waste management on campus.

AZKO closes 2025 with optimism and looks ahead to 2026 with a strong commitment to continued growth and to delivering inspiration to improve the quality of life for Indonesian families.
