5. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of any dispute between you and us, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the dispute arises.

If such dispute cannot be resolved amicably within the specified period, or the parties agree that an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the West Jakarta District Court.

6. LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions are issued in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 15 December 2025.
